World Cup was pretty radical.  It's awesome to see people caring about cycling.  Well, caring about the downhill at least.  All the peeps who care about XC were too busy being weenies and resting up for the next day's NY State series race.  How lame.  I didn't.  I was out blowing my body apart starting with 9am spectating duty.  Walked all over that mountain until I finished my own ride at 9pm.  It was great and I was shelled.  We poached a camping spot right in the middle of the parking lot and fell asleep while the downhillers lit fireworks and guzzled beer all night.  I fell asleep almost immediately nonetheless.

The big show downhill was great.  I haven't felt that kind of energy with bikes around ever.  Well, except with this video...
